Your whole PC, at a glance.
MiniMon is a lightweight, always-on-top system monitor and mini Task Manager. One compact card shows exactly what your PC is doing right now, and it stays above your other windows so you never have to go looking.
Free 7-day trial of every feature. Then $2.99 once, no subscription. Live monitoring and End task stay free forever.
A dashboard and a Task Manager in one small card.
Everything below runs from a single 600 KB executable with no dependencies, using near-zero idle CPU.
Always-on-top gauges
Live ring gauges for CPU, RAM, integrated and discrete GPU, and temperature. Colour-thresholded amber and red so a problem is visible from across the room.
Performance tab
One row per component with its own sparkline: CPU with live GHz and per-core bars, memory, every physical disk, every GPU, every network adapter with up and down rates.
A faster Task Manager
Processes grouped by executable, so chrome.exe (23) is one row. Sort by CPU, RAM or disk, type to filter, end a task in one click, right-click for file location and properties.
History graphs
Click any gauge for 1-hour and 24-hour views with live, average, minimum and maximum, so you can see what happened while you were away.
Threshold alerts and CSV logging
Tray notifications when CPU, RAM, temperature or disk cross a limit you set, with automatic re-arm. Log every metric to CSV for later analysis.
Hotkey and click-through
Show or hide with Ctrl+Shift+M, rebindable. Click-through mode passes your mouse to the game or video underneath while the card keeps updating.
Minimise to a pill
Shrink to a floating pill in five shapes: Bar, Rings, Tile, Graph or Strip. It keeps showing CPU, RAM and temperature in a few pixels.
Make it yours
Light or dark theme, six accent colours, solid or glass opacity, adjustable zoom, rounded corners and drop shadow. Drag anywhere, resize from the grip.
Starts with Windows
Optional start-at-login, tray icon with a right-click menu, and a Settings gear in the title bar. Vendor sensors such as ASUS, NVIDIA and AMD are read where the hardware exposes them.

Built the way a utility should be.
Most monitoring tools are Electron shells that use more memory than the thing they are watching. MiniMon is a single native Win32 executable that reads the same counters Windows itself uses.
- Honest sensors. Temperatures come from the hardware where it exposes them. MiniMon deliberately ships no kernel driver, so it cannot destabilise your system.
- Nothing leaves your PC. No network connections, no telemetry, no ads. The only counters it reads from a network adapter are the ones it shows you.
- Stays out of the way. Around 30 MB working set and near-zero idle CPU, so the monitor is never the thing slowing you down.
- Tested on real machines. Every release runs a headless self-test battery and cross-machine field tests before it reaches the Store.

Questions people ask.
Does MiniMon collect any data?
No. MiniMon makes no network connections, shows no ads and collects no data of any kind. Purchases and the trial are handled by the Microsoft Store itself. See the privacy policy.
Why can I not end some processes?
Windows does not allow a normal app to stop processes that run elevated or as protected system services. Start MiniMon with Run as administrator when you need to end one of those.
Will it show my CPU temperature?
MiniMon reads temperature from the ACPI thermal zone and, on supported hardware, vendor sensors such as ASUS laptops, NVIDIA and AMD GPUs. It deliberately does not install a kernel driver, so on some desktop boards a CPU temperature is not exposed and the gauge falls back to what the system reports.
What happens when the trial ends?
Live monitoring, the Performance tab and End task keep working for free. Alerts, history graphs and CSV logging pause until you buy Pro. A purchase unlocks them instantly without a restart.
Does it slow down games?
No. MiniMon uses near-zero CPU when idle and a few milliseconds per refresh. Turn on click-through mode and it floats over a full-screen borderless game without stealing your mouse.
How do I get support?
